us. We researched using every avenue available,
including component manufacturers and distributors, Microsoft,
and the great engineering staff at Artisoft, and provided
documentation on how TeleVantage would fulfill every
communication need brought to light by their staff. Solutions
for the challenges required to make their company its most
productive. When they wanted to see TeleVantage
at work they brought a team of four to our facility and
spent the day using TeleVantage every way imaginable;
calls to the system from PCs via the Internet, IP routing
out of state when phone lines are removed, synchronization
with Microsoft Exchange, click to speak access from a
website, call center functionality. They were meticulous. Our
engineers and Artisoft engineers working hand in hand
made this happen. All the
things people talk about.

products only promise they became Artisoft’s first
national account. We did the research required to
configure systems with more capacity than any ever used
