CAMBRIDGE, Mass.
(April 28, 2005) -- Vertical Communications, Inc.
(ASFT.OB), a leading provider of next-generation,
IP-based phone systems and applications that help
businesses better serve their customers, announced
today that it had retained Vitale, Caturano & Company
as its audit firm. Vitale, Caturano & Company is the
largest Boston-based audit firm.
Vertical decided to retain Vitale, Caturano & Company
after an evaluation of regional audit firms that had
expertise with public clients of Vertical’s size and
requirements. Vitale, Caturano & Company’s
commencement is immediate and will provide all related
audit services moving forward.
Vitale, Caturano & Company replaces KPMG as the
company’s auditor.
