TeleVantage Online , hereby expressly disclaims all warranties
either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the
seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's
warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is
retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the
purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods
herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of
export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government
certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign
country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported
goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have
questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for
the products purchased.
General Terms and Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make
adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product
discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
TeleVantage Online , is not responsible for manufacturer price
changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Although
Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and
response E-mail, TeleVantage Online , may change its pricing,
product description or specification after any order
confirmation or response E-mail but prior to shipment due to
errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or
typographical errors.
As a service to protect you
from possible credit card fraud, we will verify all billing
and shipping addresses.
Please keep all packing
material and documentation in the event that your equipment
has to be serviced or returned.
Return Policy
All refunds for
non-defective items will exclude shipping charges, handling
charges, and restocking fees as applicable. Please allow 4-6
weeks for your refund to be processed and credited to your
account.
TeleVantage Online , adheres to all manufacturer warranty and
return policies. All product returns must be processed with a
Return Authorization Number (R.A.#). NO returns, of any type,
will be accepted without an R.A. #.
To obtain an R.A. #, simply
contact
RETURN RA# and request a return authorization number.
Please reference the original invoice number and product and
provide a short explanation of the reason for return. R.A.'s
issued by TeleVantage Online , are valid for 15 days only and
product must be returned to TeleVantage Online , within this
timeframe. R.A.'s cannot be extended or re-issued.
A Customer Service
Representative will assign you an R.A.# and assist you with
any questions you may have. To request an R.A.# via telephone
please call 770-426-0051. Customer Service business hours are
Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Please have the following
information on hand when calling for an R.A.#: customer name,
invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
All can be found on your invoice. Please note that the
following products cannot be returned:
- Discontinued
items
- Special
order items
- Items for
which manufacturers will not accept returns
- Items not
purchased through TeleVantage Online ,
- Closeout,
remanufactured and refurbished products

Items, which have undergone
revisions without being assigned a new part number by the
manufacturer
All returns MUST: be 100%
complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material,
have original UPC codes on the manufacturers boxes, contain
all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation
provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns may be
returned to sender or subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
Clearly mark each address label of
each package being returned with the R.A. #. DO NOT WRITE ON
THE MANUFACTURERS BOX. TeleVantage Online , strongly
recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of
providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and
fully insuring return shipments. Merchandise becomes the
property and responsibility of the carrier once picked up for
delivery. Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt and
notify your carrier if any merchandise is missing or damaged.
TeleVantage Online is not responsible for lost or
damaged "returns-in-transit".

installation of the product purchased or have any technical

Defective and DOA (dead on arrival)
product must be reported to Customer Service within 21 days of
the invoice date. The product will be repaired, replaced or
credited according to the manufacturers warranty.

All order discrepancies (shortages,
mislabeled product, damaged product or overages) must be
reported to Customer Service within 5 business days after
receipt of the shipment.
4.
All non-defective returns must be
reported to Customer Service within 5 business days after
receipt of the shipment. TeleVantage Online , will replace or
credit the product according to the manufacturers warranty. A
restocking fee up to 20% will apply to cover the cost of the
return.
5.
TeleVantage Online , will only
accept unopened or pre-installed software and CD's for return.
NO OPEN SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
**Customers are responsible for
shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
TeleVantage Online , will credit one way shipping for returns that
are our error.
TeleVantage Online , reserves the
right to authorize product returns beyond 21 days from the
invoice date.
Disclaimer and Limitation of
Liability
Except as expressly stated herein, TeleVantage Online makes no
representations or warranties, either express or implied, of
any kind with respect to the products sold. This includes but
is not limited to merchantability and/or fitness for a
particular purpose. You agree that the sole and maximum
liability to TeleVantage Online arising from any product sold
shall be the price of the product. In no event shall
TeleVantage Online by liable for special, direct, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages related to the product(s)
sold. TeleVantage Online web sites and the materials therein
are provided "as-is". TeleVantage Online makes no
representations or warranties, either express or implied, of
any kind with respect to the sites, ,their operation,
contents, information, or materials. You agree that
TeleVantage Online shall not be liable for damages arising
from the operation, content, or use of the site(s). You agree
that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies
to all damages of any kind including without limitation
direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive,
and/or consequential damages.
Downloads
All FREE downloads from TeleVantage Online are provided
"as-is" and for your convenience ONLY. By downloading files,
you acknowledge that TeleVantage Online is not
responsible for the operation or content of these programs.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
TeleVantage Online reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason. TeleVantage Online reserves the right, without
prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you
ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications
or information before accepting any order.
Shipping
When purchasing a product, you will pay the shipping based on
the weight and/or dimension of the product(s). If you order
multiple products, they may be shipped from different
warehouses. Multiple warehouse shipping may incur additional
shipping charges. Choosing next day air or second day air does
not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the
time you place your order online. You will receive your order
1-2 days after the product actually ships from the warehouse.
TeleVantage Online warehouses are NOT open on Saturday,
Sunday, or legal holidays. If you refuse a shipment without
prior authorization, in writing, from TeleVantage Online , you
will be charged the cost of shipping plus a $25.00 fee for
each package refused. TeleVantage Online does not ship
on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot
deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock
availability. Please allow at least 5 business days for
domestic ground shipping. TeleVantage Online is not
responsible for any delay in shipping caused by Government
intervention in the delivery of the package or Carrier induced
delays unrelated to TeleVantage Online .
Errors and/or Omissions
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error, error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, or other error, TeleVantage Online
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, in part
or in full, placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
TeleVantage Online shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, TeleVantage Online shall immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for
specific product as well as any taxes and shipping and
handling charges that may be applicable to that product
